We have developed a number of PC Windows based software packages that interface with various sensors to provide more utility and create a measurement system. Below is a partial list of applications for which we have software packages available. Also available are Labview VI packages for those users who wish to program their own applications.

LVM Laser View Micrometer
Interface with XLS laser micrometers via Ethernet to acquire and view up to 12 diosplayed measuremetns on one screen. The software offers the ability also to program the laser paranetes and sae user programs fopr future recall. Both continuous mode and seqwuence mode are available and measuremetn status is claearly diasplayed with red, green, and yellow backgrounds.

LVM Multiscan
Interface with XLS laser micrometers via Ethernet to measure multiple part features in sequence. The software offers the ability to program tolerances for a multi feature part inspection, record measuremetns per part, and visually alarm on out of tolerance conditions. The laser paranetes can be programmed and saved for future recall. Measurement status is claearly diasplayed with red, green, and yellow backgrounds.

LVM Qualcheck
Qualcheck was designed for use with a bench top inspection station, in which users are required to 100% check and document each part produced. The software displays measurements, shows statistical trends, and generates individualized reports showing measurements and summary information (including SPC data). Qualcheck interfaces with the XLS laser micrometers via Ethernet to measurements. The software offers the ability also to program the laser parts and see user programs for future recall. Measurement status is clearly displayed with red, green, and yellow backgrounds.

LVM Tube Scan
Measure tube diameter during a corrugated tube winding operation and report the results to an inline printer at specific intervals to mark a message and size on the tube. The software accepts a quadrature encoder input to time the readings and digital I/O eases the interface with the printer. Measurement status is clearly displayed with red, green, and yellow backgrounds.

Laser Grind Scan
Measure diameter and profile of ground bars during an automated scanning process. The application reports the values to a central control system that can compensate the grinder for out of tolerance conditions.
