Laser-View Technologies’ Crane Sentry® Zone Manager II is often used to make creative no-fly zones around production machinery. Often times, we will build a zone within a zone, for applications such as larger CNC machining centers.
When the machine head is parked in a safe position, the operator may bring the crane into the area to load the machine, but NEVER into the zone around the machine head. This allows them to avoid costly incidents.
When the machine is operating, both no-fly zones are engaged. This allows companies to improve their overhead crane safety, reliability, and overall production as they can improve uptime with fewer accidents.
