Laser-View Technologies recently supplied a special build total overhead crane safety and reliability solution for Ford Motor Company metal stamping facilities.
The solution includes our Crane Sentry® Zone Manager for specialized No-Fly zoning while handling dies near stamping presses along with our Crane Sentry® Hoist Monitoring Solution to minimize safety concerns and downtime due to hoist side pulling and snagging. These situations can lead to damage of hoist wire ropes or accidental flipping of dies, causing safety hazards.
